Standard Sundae
A regular ice cream sundae at Joe's Dairy Bar consists of a scoop of ice cream, along with whipped cream and one cherry, and comes in the following flavor varieties: Blueberry, Butterscotch, Caramel, Cherry, Hot Fudge, Marshmallow, Peanut Butter, Pineapple and Strawberry.
Banana Royale
Two (2) scoops of ice cream (hard/soft, any flavor) in a boat dish, plus chocolate syrup (or vanilla), whipped cream, sprinkles (blue, chocolate or rainbow), half a banana cut in wheels and placed around the cup, with whipped cream and a cherry.
Banana Split
Three (3) scoops of ice cream (hard/soft, any flavor) in a boat dish, along with one whole banana, chocolate (or vanilla) syrup, strawberries, pineapple, whipped cream and three (3) cherries.
Brownie Sundae
Two (2) scoops of ice cream (hard/soft, any flavor), hot fudge, whipped cream & two (2) cherries over a brownie nestled in a boat dish.
Hawaiian Sundae
Two (2) scoops of ice cream (hard/soft, any flavor) in a boat dish, with coconut, pineapple, whipped cream and two (2) cherries.
Super Sundae
Two (2) scoops of ice cream (hard/soft, any flavor) in a boat dish, with chocolate (or vanilla) syrup, strawberries, pineapple, whipped cream and two (2) cherries.
